San Antonio Subs/Crews Looking for contractors with verifiable experience in outdoor living. Experience must include the following : *Pergola Construction *Concrete work for footings/patio slabs *Staining *Painting *Roofing – including roof flashing task/re-shingle work Must be willing to learn the process of installing our polycarbonate pergola covers by carefully following the instructions and attending training that will be provided. Pass through pricing required. Pricing will vary from job, and all parties must be in agreement prior to job beginning. Crews must have 2-4, minimum with verifiable experience. Must be able to work with minimal Supervision and be willing to collaborate with Regal Plastics, Project Managers and Operations Manager on each job. Must be able to put together materials list, pick up and deliver material to job sites and complete job within agreed upon timeframe. (Weather Determining) Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Preferably truck & Trailer. Scheduling flexibility a must. Bonus experience: Electrical Stone/Brick Work ***Certificate of Insurance is a must*** (COI)
