Positions in 3 locations:  Neptune, Eatontown and Freehold Responsibilities: Primary role is responding to client phone calls. Providing information on program eligibility and requirements as well as application status. Print and upload client applications and supporting documents and enter into program database. Refer clients to appropriate social service agencies within the community, based on needsProvide clients a sense of hope and encouragement as they attempt to address their needsMaintain office in a confidential and secure manner to project client informationOther duties as assigned and necessary for the administrative functioning of the departmentQualifications: Ability to speak clearly while responding to clients in need and sometimes in crisisExcellent customer relations skillsHigh School DiplomaBi-Lingual Spanish a plus1 to 2 years’ experience in providing intake and referral services, community outreach, or other related social service experiencesStrong computer, data entry and interpersonal skills.All employees are required to submit to criminal, drug test, driving and personal reference checks as appropriate to their position.
