We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Doorman/Concierge candidates for numerous residential properties throughout New York City.. Job Duties: Greets residents at the front door or curb upon arrival Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions Maintains the image of the residence by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in a pressed uniform Adheres to key control policy and procedures according to set standards Delivers messages Tidies lobby and front door Skills/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Previous doorman/concierge experience preferred Customer service skills/experience required Candidate must be genuinely personable and cordial Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as Safety rules, Operating and Maintenance instructions and Procedure manuals
