Looking for a Maintenance Tech/ Helper willing to commute to Lawrence, KS area. Jobsite is an apartment complex in Lawrence where our team will be completing work orders and fixing various things inside apartments. You will work under our team lead so the right candidate should be willing to take instruction, work hard, be dependable, and be a go getter! Pay $15-$18/ hour depending on ability and work ethic. This project will be from March 21-29 but could go longer. If you enjoy the work and are willing to travel we have jobs across the country that could be a potential for the right candidate. Typical Tasks: Caulking, replacing blinds, changing light bulbs, replacing smoke detector batteries, inspecting appliances for proper function, replacing water damaged baseboard as needed, replacing doors, light electrical and plumbing etc (if there's certain things you can't do we can teach you) (Eligibility requirements : must have reliable transportation) Please text or call Cameron at 931-334-3092 and we can chat more details.
