Paint Foremen must have verifiable references and work experience. Have work history examples of projects that were lead by you as a paint foremen. must have at least 5 years of production painting. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently. Must be able to us an airless spray rig. Must be able to brush and roll, know how to mask and be comfortable to work on ladders up to 40ft tall. Objective: § To produce a quality product in a safe, efficient and effective manner. § To coordinate all job site activities and supervise all JRJ employees and contractors to complete the project on budget and within schedule. § To create and maintain a safe jobsite and safety conscious team. § To maintain the integrity of job site specific details. § To thoroughly document important information and interactions which take place on the project. § To promote a positive work environment for employees and customers. § To Provide quality customer service Responsibilities: · Continuously search for ways to improve methods and techniques to increase productivity and quality of our finished product. · Create an efficient and effective work plan which includes selecting and using the right techniques, tools and materials for the job. · Provide leadership, supervision, technical guidance and mentoring to employees. · Promote a safe work environment. · Promote a positive work environment. · Ensure workers follow all rules & regulations. · Be polite and courteous to residents and property staff. · Provide quality feedback and information to Project Manager and customers. · Protect customer’s possessions from damage while work is being performed. · Protect company equipment from damage and theft. · Inspect and correct the quality or work being performed. · Complete and submit required paperwork thoroughly and on time. · Ensure site is adequately staffed. · Order the correct amount of materials and sundries. · Be professional and timely and expect the same from employees. · Report accidents to the office immediately.
