Paint Journeymen must have at least 5 years of production painting. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently. Must be able to us an airless spray rig. Must be able to brush and roll, know how to mask and be comfortable to work on ladders up to 40ft tall. Objective: § To produce a quality product in a safe, efficient and effective manner. § To coordinate all job site activities and supervise all JRJ employees and contractors to complete the project on budget and within schedule. § To create and maintain a safe jobsite and safety conscious team. § To maintain the integrity of job site specific details. § To thoroughly document important information and interactions which take place on the project. § To promote a positive work environment for employees and customers. § To Provide quality customer service J.R.
