Painters must have at least 5 years of production painting. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently. Must be able to us an airless spray rig. Must be able to brush and roll, know how to mask and be comfortable to work on ladders up to 40ft tall. Objective: § To produce a quality product in an efficient and effective manner. § To stay safe and promote a safe, professional work environment. Responsibilities: · Continuously search for ways to improve methods and techniques to increase productivity and quality of our finished product. · Use the right tools and materials for the job. · Promote a safe work environment. · Promote a positive work environment. · Follow rules set by paint foreman. · Provide quality feedback and information to foreman. · Protect customer’s possessions from damage while work is being performed. · Protect company equipment from damage and theft. · Be timely and professional.
