Job description We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to support management with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. A lead assists to ensure efficiency in all areas of the warehouse, helps coordinate the workflow within a warehouse, and provides support to the team. A successful lead assists in developing an efficient team by focusing on individual performance and requirements to achieve high standards. Full Time | Monday thru Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM | $24/H Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Must be able to pass a drug screen Responsibilities Assist supervisor inefficient warehouse operations to fulfill customer needs Assist in the training of new hires, as needed. When possible, assist in de-escalating incidents within the warehouse. Multi-tasking to complete assigned area in the warehouse while monitoring activities of employees. Ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned work areas Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify issues, and suggest changes as needed Inspects and evaluates areas within the cooler, freezer, and dry area of the warehouse Ensures the proper chemicals for sanitizing specific areas Participate in routine sanitation and workplace safety Requirements Proven work experience as a warehouse lead Highly effective leadership skills and techniques Knowledge of warehouse operations Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Must have flexible hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 per hour If interested, please call Nadia at (916)282-9666
