Tom Waits style project looking for a versatile keyboard player who can play and solo around most styles of American 20th century music. 1950's to 1970's Jazz, Blues, Soul, Rock, Latin, Country, Gospel, Rock and Funk. We love it all! Inspiration: Tom Waits, Ray Charles, Fats Waller, Herbie, McDuff, McGriff, Lord, Burrell, Isleys, Mayfield and many, many more. We play about.... 1/3 - Tom Waits Tunes 1/3 - 1950's-1970's Jazz, Blues, Soul/R/B and Funk covers 1/3 - Originals. If you can sing backup vocal harmonies, this would be a major plus, but not a requirement for the right player. 20-30 songs under our belt currently. About us: We are Drums, Stand up Bass and Guitar with many years of pro experience between the 3 of us. Medium to low volume band. Mature, easy going, respectful humans with families who practice weekly on Sundays. No drama or hard drugs. Not looking to become famous or infamous. Our goal is to gig at least once a month.
