RESULTS STATEMENT BOZEMAN SITE SERVICES Pressure Washing Crew Leader To apply please go to: Non-exempt/Full-Time/Seasonal March 2022 The Pressure Washing Crew Leader establishes parameters for high quality of cleaning surfaces for residential and commercial buildings, typically using truck-mounted pressure washer and cleaning solutions to remove grime, while potentially operating ladders. STRATEGIC WORK 1. Takes ownership of the division and establishes strong rapport with customers and co-workers 3. Consistently seeks ways to improve the processes, resulting in increased productivity for the division 4. Responsibly manages Pressure Washing Technician(s) 5. Effectively and accurately follows all procedures via written SOPs through Google Drive TACTICAL WORK 1. Removes dirt, oil and grime from concrete, asphalt and other hard surfaces using high pressure water, detergents and/or rubber squeegee blades 2. Determines surface type and adapts cleaning techniques accordingly 3. Ensures that the pressure washing equipment is maintained and working properly 4. Continually uses safety best practices to reduce risk of injury to operators and bystanders 5. Ensures the safe and effective transport of equipment to each job site 6. Ensures that the BSS vehicle is adequately stocked with pressure washing supplies at all times, and is clean and free of any clutter at the end of the workday 7. Performs all other duties as assigned 8. Exhibits willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Age 18 or older 2. Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license 3. Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record 4. Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors provided at BSS 5. Industry experience preferred 6. Strong leadership skills 7. The ability to effectively and accurately communicate, teach and document procedures 8. The ability to safely operate ladders and related equipment 9. The ability to work at different heights 10. The ability to work in all weather conditions 11. Excellent problem-solving and management skills 12. Effective communication skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, running and walking, sitting, pushing, pulling 2. Lifting and raising objects up to 50 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position, to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles 3. Fingering, grasping, feeling, repetitive motion 4. Communicating 5. Subject to changing environmental conditions 6. Subject to business office environment
