We have 4 job openings: 1. Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader 2. Lawn Maintenance Driver 3. Landscaping Crew Leader 4. Landscaping Driver - - - - JOB DETAILS We are hiring a full time crew leader to cut grass and do landscaping No experience necessary, but experience is a plus. Full-time lawn maintenance role cutting grass Must have experience or the ability to learn how to use hydraulic zero turn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers Knowledge or ability to be trained in lawn/turf maintenance process and workflow a plus Must execute daily task with minimal intervention Ability to use hand tools and power tools Able to lift 50 lbs Must have experience or the ability to learn how to trim shrubs, install mulch, plant flowers Experience with edging/ mulching/ trimming/ planting/ removals. LOCATION Perform residential lawn maintenance in Camden County and Gloucester County SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST: Have a valid driver's license Have transportation to/from work. You should have to ability to get transportation to and from Mount Ephraim each work day Be dependable Be drug free Have to ability to interact with client and communicate their needs to the office Hours are 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday. Must be available to do all work until completed. Must be willing to work later or make up time due to rain. Our goal is to respect your time. Hours may be longer Monday - Thursday to ensure all work is completed by the end of the week. PAY Competitive wages: Hourly pay with built-in incentives.
