A locally owned property management company that maintains both residential and commercial properties throughout the Lane County area is seeking a qualified landscape/grounds maintenance candidate to join our maintenance team. The right candidate must have strong attention to detail to ensure that all landscape maintenance tasks are handled in a timely and appropriate manner while providing excellent service for our tenants and owners. The position is assigned various maintenance tasks for residential rental properties and commercial properties including mowing, trimming, weeding, pressure washing and other related maintenance activities when required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • experience with landscape maintenance • ability to use standard landscape tools efficiently and safely • skilled in driving truck/trailer and able to safely back/parallel park them in tight spaces • must be able to schedule, prioritize, and complete daily work order requests • ability to accurately account for time & materials • Keep all tools and equipment maintained and in proper working order • adequate writing skills to describe detail of work performed • capable of bending, stooping, kneeling and standing for long periods of time. • able to lift up to 50 lbs • Snow and ice removal as necessary • Unit clean out as necessary • Other maintenance/property management tasks as required • must be able to pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience or equivalent Be efficient and able to plan and meet deadlines Possess exceptional time management skills. Be trustworthy, prompt and dependable. Maintain accurate daily records of all work performed. This position is 40 hours per week year round Please email resume.
