DESCRIPTION ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance of the daily facility operations including but not limited to: -Mixing various raw material products to make Sealcoat while adhering to product formulas. -Working on the line helping with the production of Crack Fill and its various forms. --Be willing and able to learn a new trade and possibly grow into a new role within the company. Help maintain all stock and inventory levels. -Ability to stand for long period of time and work long hour. -Able to work in all weather conditions, especially hot outdoor temperature. -Maintain a clean, orderly facility (office, restrooms, show rooms, warehouses, shops, storage rooms, parking lots, yards and tank farms) to attain a professional atmosphere. -Follow all safety and use proper PPE as instructed. -Attention to detail in their work and have a high-quality standard. -Weighing out specified amounts of dry chemicals and manually loading them into a mixer or delivery system according to formula instructions to make product batches. -Maintain the manufacturing area and keep all manufacturing equipment clean and organized. -Work under the guidance of supervision to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner. -Number one rule is to always be safe. -You are responsible for showing up on time ready to work! Being late or tardy will result in disciplinary action. -Notify management of any problems or concerns along with creative suggestions or solutions. -Serve as a support role to all admin, sales and management staff. WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: -Work is performed within a production environment, subject to temperature variations, mechanical parts, increased noise levels and dust. -Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 50 pounds. -May be required to perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing or kneeling. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: *Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis. *Forklift Operations-or be willing to learn. *Must be willing to attain Confined Space Training. Preferred Skills: *Must be always professional. *Must have good communication skills. *Works well on their own and with others as a team. *Must be able to move at a pace conducive to keeping up with the demands of our customers.
