I will be relocating to Charlotte in the month of June and I'm looking to join a local rock band. The style I play is primarily rock n' roll with my main influence being Slash among other musicians. I believe that I would be a strong addition given my ability to be a team player and professionalism. Below you can find my music among other important attachments. In addition, I have a strong background in negations, contracts, mixing, and songwriting that add to my value as a candidate for your band. Our focus is contemporary county and country/southern rock. We have drummer, guitar, bass, and singer (wide age range) and are looking for a lead guitarist to round out the sound. We are all decent musicians, have rehearsal space. We are looking to start gigging around Feb. or March and have contacts to do so. If you are a solid keyboard player that's into our style of music, please contact us. Please be serious, have decent equipment, & take your commitment to the band seriously. If you can do back up vocals that's a huge plus. We're in the process of re-tooling our direction a little bit with our singer, the goal being to have fun playing music people love. We've got a set of 10-12 songs we are working on including the likes of Desmond Dekker, Black Uhuru, Max Romeo, Alton Ellis, and Bob. Currently practicing a few times a month together in a Bronx rehearsal studio and the goal is to enjoy ourselves, master our set and play gigs around town hopefully by spring time.
