This person picked up puppies for FREE in Virginia. Now flipping them for profit. They are not purebred beagles and the “parents” pictured is just another lie. They are Blue Tick Coonhound mixed with another mixed breed dog. They have changed the price MULTIPLE times from $400 all the way down to $100 and now at $300. Do not be tricked.
