Need a small contractor to do several small jobs this spring. 1. Repair front walkway and stairs. May require cement and brick laying. 2. Repair patio slab 11 by 16. May require cement and brick laying. 3. Paint and repair wood outside steps to second floor 4. Replace Gutters 5. Yard Clean up 6. Pull permits and install Egress Basement window/s. Up to 2 maybe only one. 7. Replace 1 storm doors. Plus a few others possible. Can meet to discuss projects and price.
