Description
I'm looking for someone to assist me during my wedding at the end of April. It's going to be small and casual (when I say small, I mean small, we're expecting 30-40 people). We are providing the food and drink ourselves, which will consist of a few hot dishes but mostly things like dips and snacks, and non alcoholic drinks like iced tea and lemonade. We have no plans for decorating except tablecloths, centerpieces and arranging the food and drink tables. Mainly what I am looking for is someone to help us get set up for the reception, be available if any minor issues come up (like if we need more food put out or the music stops playing), and help us tear down at the end of the day. This will be on a weekday, from roughly 10am to 4pm.
