Providence Health & Services is conducting a user research study online. We are looking for 10 individuals to participant in a 30 min study conducted online on Providence MyChart website. You do not need to be a current Providence customer, nor do you need medical insurance to participate. If you are interested and available, please fill out the survey below to be considered for this study. If you are selected to participate, you will be contacted by Providence and paid with a $30 Amazon gift card at the completion of the study.
