Need a Window Handle Crank Fabricated to Match Existing

I need a window handle crank fabricated to match an existing window handle crank. Will also need the screw attachment to match the existing as well so the new crank can attach to the window. 1 window is complete and has both the crank and screw attachment as you can see in the photos. The other does not. Please just let me know how much this would cost and how long you would need to complete the work. Thanks so much for your time!
