DCOMM, Inc. has opportunities available for underground bury drop crew positions in the St. Louis and surrounding area. We are seeking self-motivated workers to join our bury drop team. Experience is a plus, but if you have no experience, we are willing to work with the right individuals. Applicant Requirements: • Have a valid Driver’s License. • Have valid Insurance & Registration. • Have a valid Social Security Card. • Have a reliable transportations to work out of every day. • Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test. • Must be able to pass industry background check. • Must be eligible to legally work in the United States. • Good communication skills. Physical Requirements: • Be able to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold or rain. • Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 to 80 lbs. unassisted. • Ability to stand, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time. Job Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by the workload. • Must be able to work in an outside environment in variable weather conditions. • General knowledge of, but not limited to underground cabling/fiber & easements. • Restores job site environment to its original condition. • Have general equipment related to the job is a plus (trenchers, bore machines, conduit work, required hand tools and general labor). • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
