Carpenter or Handyman needed immediately

I have work for someone who wants it: painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tiling, drywall, painting, door and window replacement, etc.. One must be available if problems/emergencies arise. I have multiple properties and could use a good handyman. The proper candidate must be/have the following qualities: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- -Reliable and professional (must be honest, show up on time and act professional) -Experienced (provide references and photos) -Fast, but meticulous (must commit to project timelines and be detail oriented. I'm a perfectionist and will not accept hack work) -Reasonable (good work at a fair price, I would like someone LONG TERM) -Have their own tools (I will NOT supply them) -A good attitude (I'm a nice guy, but only work with cool people) *Please note... If you're an alcoholic, a thief or have substance abuse issues, please don't reply to the ad. I'm sick and tired of people with problems. I just want someone normal who I can count on. I'm very easy to work with, but demanding of good work and always pay immediately via cash, check or Venmo. I have references for how I pay. Please respond to the ad with pictures and/or references.
