We have an immediate opening for full time Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer at our facility in Springboro, Ohio (Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), We offer a $500 sign on bonus and competitive pay. The Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the following; but, not limited to: • Ensures machinery and equipment are properly maintained and working correctly, • Troubleshoots electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues, • Proactively designs, fabricates, recommends and implements improvements to existing equipment and facilities to enhance operations and operating efficiency, • Communicates, consults and confers with engineering, technical and manufacturing personnel, internally, as well as, outside the company, • Fills in for and provides assistance as necessary to other Maintenance personnel involved in maintaining production/facility equipment. Minimum requirements include an Associates Degree from a college or technical school and three to five years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience monitoring, programming and modifying programs, PLC's, HMI's, VFD's and servo drives. Experience with a wide range of switches, sensors and valves. Diagnostic and repair abilities with industrial controls, automation, circuits, motors and motor controls.
