Found Dog urgent need of foster

I picked this dog up from running in traffic. I'm unable to hold her or find her owner. I've literally called every shelter in Indianapolis. And I'm trying desperately to avoid animal control as she would be at high risk of euthanasia. If you can take her please send me a message. I want to make sure she goes somewhere safe.
