We are searching various people to have 4 things completed. We do expect one person to be able to do all these tasks. Apply for the task that you are able to do well. See which ones you have the skill to help in. We want people who are good are good at these tasks. We are not paying sloppy work. Don’t waste our time or your own if you dont know how to do one of these things. 1) we have a small outhouse that contains a bathroom and closet that had a few roof tiles blown off that to replace the few missing shingle tiles and tear our the sheetrock inside that is now molded and replace the sheetrock and paint inside of bathroom there. Need to also scrape old floor and glue down new floor tiles there. 2) we have a yard with many beautifully shaped bushes and flowerbed that has grown out of control. Need to clean out all weeds and put down new mulch bark and shape trim all bushes and trees. If you can pressure wash l that is not required but would be very helpful. 3) someone to pressure wash walkways and concrete around outside of house. 4) someone who can do sanding painting trim work for windows and doors.
