WINDHAM, NH — An attempted theft was reported 3:23 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2019, in Griffin Park on Range Road. A theft incident was reported on Marblehead Road at 11:56 a.m. on Dec. 27. John Roberto, 40, of North Lowell Road in Windham, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on Dec. 26 on a bench warrant. He was arrested on North Lowell Road. An accident was reported at 9:33 a.m. on Haverhill Road on Dec. 23. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Indian Rock Road by Klemms at 6:51 p.m. on Dec. 22. An accident was reported at 11:52 p.m. on Dec. 20 at the Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital on Cobbetts Pond Road. A motor vehicle hit-and-run was reported at 11:06 p.m. on Dec. 19 on Ministerial Road. Thomas M. Harrington, 31, of Cynthia Street in Windham, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Dec. 18 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on Cynthia Street.
