Shop Owner Needs Sanding, Primer/Paint for Part Time Ongoing Work

I am a small shop owner and am looking for someone to sand and primer my patterns. The skill set should be possessed by anyone well versed in automotive collision and repair, painting and body work, and drywall. I will provide materials, or you can bring your own. Ideally, a body shop employee could stop by after work a couple of days a week to help me out with parts and get paid extra money. I pay by the part and not hourly.
