Beside the basic Activities Associates skills we anticipate you will have, we need people who can answer yes to the following:
1.) Do you have a compassionate heart and a positive attitude?
2.) Are you reliable and detail oriented?
3.) Are you a good leader?
4.) Do you put your residents first?
5.) Do you want to use your critical thinking skills?
Must pass our background and drug test.

We are a mix of primary medical diagnoses and mental illness/behavior diagnoses. Everyday is a new day at Spearly!
