XL Trixie bunny hutch- left side of the roof’s hinges broke but can easily be replaced, otherwise was used for 1 year and has a diy predator proof bottom (chicken wire underneath and stapled to all sides) with horse stall thick rubber matting from tractor supply covering it. Can have both litter boxes if you want, and I’ll also do a deep clean before pick up. You can also have the pallet underneath- helps with drainage when cleaning with hose and to prevent rotting from sitting on ground. 7 doors and 2 levels, has little attic up top too $200 OBO
