123 Exteriors is looking for a reliable Production Manager to plan construction projects, oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner, and complete repair services. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, great attention to detail and a background in the construction industry. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and pass a background check. POSITION PAY & BENEFITS: Base salary Sales commissions Quarterly and sales- based bonuses Cell phone reimbursement, company credit card, gas, laptop, tablet, health, dental and vision care coverage, 401k, Continued Education reimbursement, unlimited PTO days JOB DUTIES: Work with the company’s trade crews to ensure efficient and timely work is being conducted Ensuring implementation and adherence to OSHA guidelines Monitor quality standards of the products and company’s services Monitor and review the performance of trade crews Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination of job production and materials between customers, suppliers, Sales Representatives, General Managers and office ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Should know common roofing, siding, gutter, and window remodeling methodologies and understand other technical aspects of the construction industry Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Construction CRM apps, and must be tech savvy Solid verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and a solid customer service A self-starter with exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work indoors and outdoors, and stand or sit for extended periods of time Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability Ability to work and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Sales Representatives, General Managers and office Resourceful team-player with the ability to also work independently College degree preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
