Our state-of-the-art car wash facilities and two oil lube centers are throughout Bergen County, Hudson County, Middlesex County, and Mercer County New Jersey. We have been cleaning, servicing, and detailing vehicles for over 40 years. We offer premier car wash services, oil change services, complete car detailing services. We run multiple successful car washes in Bergen County and are looking for a Assistant Manager for one of our locations. Assistant Managers work 5 days a week with 2 days off as well as get 2 weeks of paid vacation a year. The Assistant Manager position is salaried at $50K-$60K a year depending on experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years car wash experiance, some management experiance, and possess strong managerial skills. The candidate should have knowledge of car wash operation, chemicals used, and equipment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for: 1) Assisting the manager in day to day car wash operation and be responsible for the day to day operation when manager is off. 2) Learning all services and prices in order to assist customers and train employees 3) Learning every employees position and responsibility to keep everyone accountilbe 4) Learn and oporate the POS system in order to assist and train employees in operation when needed. 5) Increase business preformance and customer base 6) Learn and understand the chemicals used for each service The candidate should also: 1) Be able to clearly communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner. 2) Be able to speak English, Spanish a plus. 3) Have strong observational and analytical skills. 4) Be able to clearly communicate with their employees about responsibilities, and tasks needed to be done. 5) Be able to work with the manager to make sure car wash is operational and clean. 6) Have knowledge of a computer and software such as Microsoft Office, and Email. 7) Be okay with standing for extended periods of time.
