Job description: Looking for individuals to join our growing solar installation company. We have been in business for over 8 years and are growing our installs month over month. We are looking for motivated hard-working individuals. Requirements: Doesn’t mind climbing on roofs Quick learner Self-motivated and self-starter Willingness to learn electrical codes Clean driving record Willingness to pitch in as a team Experience is a plus but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual. Must have a reliable vehicle and phone. We are a small company and we all pitch in on various tasks to help each other out. With being a small company, there is tremendous growth potential. If you can commit to and live with the following principles then you are the type of person that will be successful and help our company thrive if you feel this level of engagement is not right for you or if you’re not willing to participate with us at this level then we’re not a good fit. For you, our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you’ll do and be accountable for your actions- in other words, live above the line.
