Clean all grout joints. 3.Install replacement window in dining room and 2nd floor bathroom 4.Remove slider door panel, clean trash out and polish with steel wool. Clean and oil trolly wheel and reinstall door. Adjust trollies, set latch and keeper so door locks. 5.Fix and replace damaged/missing landscape timbers out front. 6.Install plexiglass on basement back door. 7.Install drywall or wood board at "open"end at basement electric panel. Install baseboard at "open" gap below electric panel 8.Install hand rail basement stairs and wood cap boards over wires 9.Install a trim board in mud room.
