Looking to join band to commit.Our country band is in need of a new acoustic guitarist, as ours moved away. This is a top quality band with high standards, so top quality musicianship is of the utmost importance. This is a country cover gig, so crazy technical chops are not needed. However, precise time/feel/groove, and an understanding of the musical role of the rhythm guitar in the group absolutely are. If you will be bored playing rhythm guitar, or playing covers, this is not the gig for you. If you want to lay down some meat and potatoes pocket rhythm playing with a great group of musicians, then this might be your gig.
