Black and white mutt. Male. Super dirty skinny friendly and hungry. He doesn't show any signs of food aggression, looks like he's been lost a long time. Trying to find him a good home or rescue. He is currently at a shop but the shop owner doesn't want to keep him there. Will be asking a small rehoming fee and an interview before giving him away unless you have proof of ownership
