Weekly Pay (Every Friday) +++++++++++ Perfect Home Preservation Services, LLC is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in NJ & PA States. Contractors with prior experience working in property preservation are highly preferred. Contractor with Equipment is a plus. And will be benefitted. You MUST have the following: Must have a device (Cell phone) to take photos and ability to take good photos with better understanding MUST possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance MUST have general liability insurance MUST be able to utilize email MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO PERFORM ALL TASK, AND OTHERS AS NEEDED: lock changes, lawn mowing, and tree/shrub trimming, minor home repairs, boarding of broken windows & doors, trash & debris removals, general cleaning, winterizations, property inspections, and lock installations, basic interior and exterior repairs, basic painting, and drywall projects, basic roofing repairs and upkeep, exterior projects including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc., general carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc., repair bids using Estimating Software MUST be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. MUST be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6 days a week MUST be able to complete work within a 1-5 day window time frame, depending on the urgency of the work order.
