We are a local Houston general contractor seeking sub-contractor painting crews. These opportunities are not hourly or daily pay they are contract basis only.
We have year round projects for interior and exterior painting!
To qualify you must:
... Provide your own tools and equipment (such as ladders, scaffolds and etc)
... You must have at least 3 verifiable references
... Provide an onsite English speaking leader for each jobsite
... Be able to communicate material needs in advance to complete project on or ahead of schedule
... General liability insurance
... Accept net 15 or net 30 day payment terms (based on project). YOU DO NOT GET PAID AT JOB COMPLETION!
