GOLDEN RETRIEVER MYSTERY DOG

There is a “Nextdoor” post about a Golden Retriever that was found wandering (without an owner) by the walking trails near the Auburn Ravine dog park in Lincoln. This dog looks exactly like my family’s missing dog. I’ve been posting nonstop about our missing dog, named Murphy, since Oct 2021. (To learn more about him type in the Craigslist search engine field, “GOLDEN RETRIEVER STILL MISSING! ”.) We’ve had two leads from the public, and both people have said that there is a homeless man hitchhiking with his thumb out on Roseville overpasses, and one person even stated that the homeless man was accompanied by a “purebred” Golden Retriever, and Murphy incidentally is purebred. It’s not common to see homeless with purebred dogs. My question is: Does this homeless man have our Murphy and is he living in the area of the Auburn Ravine trails where the wandering Golden Retriever was sighted? I’d like to catch this GOLDEN RETRIEVER MYSTERY DOG and see if it is Murphy. My family has been unable to find him. Flyers of Murphy were put up in the area yesterday. Lincoln Locals or any Good Samaritan that is willing to solve a mystery, please try to catch the dog, and take him to Petco or a vet to be scanned for a microchip, so he can be reunited with his owners. If it turns out to be Murphy a reward will be offered. Thank you.
