U-M Researchers Seeking Volunteers for a Study Exploring the Brain

Description

We are seeking individuals to participate in a study exploring the brain and psychosis. We need your help to learn more about psychosis! We are looking for volunteers (ages 16-60) with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or psychosis to participate in a study using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), a non-invasive brain scan, to better understand the symptoms of psychosis. Involvement includes an interview, filling out questionnaires, 2 non-invasive brain scans, and a one-time dose of an FDA-approved medication (Ativan/lorazepam). You will be paid $15/hr for the consent and assessment visits and $75 for each fMRI visit. Call or email us to learn more!
