We are currently seeking qualified, professional, and experienced professionals to join our team as a Site Supervisor (Overnight Hospitality).  This person will be required to travel to client properties to ensure work is being executed in accordance with client and company expectations.  This person hold a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, employees, and contractor partners. Work Shift: Overnight - 11pm - 6am Some weekend work may be required, as necessary Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality assurance activities which include, but may not be limited to: performing quality inspections, performing work performance/expectation audits, and solicit direct customer feedback Interface with all customers, vendors and employees in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner Work collectively with customers, vendors and/or employees to resolve any work/contract deficiencies Coordinate and manage special projects and new client engagements, as necessary Proactively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors in a clear, concise and timely manner Actively foster and improve the company's brand, image and perception  Minimum Qualifications: 5 - 7 years in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or Project Management role is highly preferred 3 - 5 years experience interfacing directly with customers, employees and vendors is required Prior experience in facilities services management and/or commercial janitorial services is preferred Prior experience in hospitality and/or food service is highly preferred Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to frequently travel within the Southeastern Michigan region Must have strong written and verbal communication skills  Must have strong technical skills and able to learn and use prescribed technology such as email, smart phones, and various Microsoft applications This is a highly visible position, the qualified candidate must be punctual, responsible, respectful and hard-working Must be willing to submit criminal and background check Apply Now:
