Rehoming amazing sweet girl

Unfortunately due to a sudden circumstance that is completely out of my control, I have to rehome my sweet girl. She is 17 months old, and up to date on vaccines. She is not spayed, but there will be a contract that will be signed to assure that you will get her spayed within a few months after getting her. She is the sweetest, she loves people, kids and dogs and cats. She is potty trained and listens well. Preferably someone with a yard as she loves to run. This is really devastating to me to have to do this, thats why I want to make sure she goes to a good home. Rehoming fee of $200
