Davis-Hawn Lumber Architectural Millworks is a historic 99-year proven leader in the lumber, hardware and architectural millwork industry, and we have an immediate full-time opening for a local delivery driver and load builder.
What You Will Do
- Physically handling lumber, plywood, mouldings, windows and doors
- Operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle to/from job sites
- Assist will-call customers and operate forklifts to handle materials and build loads for pickup and deliveries
- Perform all job duties in accordance with our safety policies and procedures
- Comply with all DOT and company load securement procedures
- Customer service, stocking material, inventory management, cycle counts, cleanup and organization
What We Are Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Forklift experience desired, but not required
- Able to handle physical demands of loading/unloading building material
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner at jobsites
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
