The Position Seasonal worker needed for cannabis farming industry. Monday May 26 to Friday October 21. This job will require individuals to work outside doing field work for watering, pruning and caring for cannabis plants. Working conditions can vary from cool and rainy to hot and dry. Dependability is essential. Person needs to be able to lift 50lbs. Person needs to be able to take direction and follow growing procedures as defined by the farm manager. Schedule Position is 5 days per week with a split weekend off which will be Sunday and Monday off. Working hours will start at 7 am to 4 with a half hour lunch. Overtime is expected during critical times like harvest, planting and emergency watering. Requirements Applicants must have personal transportation available to and from work, the farm is located in Independence, OR. Person must have valid OLCC handlers permit. Diem farms is a drug and alcohol free environment that works hard to maintain an excellent safety record.
