Easy, fun and outdoor work. NOT LANDSCAPING! Must be able to, lightly scrub and rinse houses, driveways, patios, clean. Be able to use basic tools, measuring tape, hammer, screw guns. Flexible hours, family comes first oriented. Pay is per job basis. Part time to full time workloads depending on reliability, communication, quality. Pay per job, (a rough equivalent to hourly pay would be, 18 to $ 20 per hour to start.
