Part time Maintenance Position Available Gated community in Dana Point looking for someone to help with part-time maintenance Responsibilities for the Maintenance Assistant Position will include: - Banquet set-up and take-down - Pool maintenance - Janitorial Qualifications: - Be able to communicate in a timely manner via cell phone (calls & texts) - Must be fluent in English - Be able to lift up to 70 lbs. - Legal right to work in the U.S. - Reliability, responsibility, and a really good pair of work shoes - Report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis Scheduling: - Twenty 20 hour estimated a week (estimated) - Hours will vary based on community scheduling needs Please respond to this job post with a copy of a resume including employment history and references. • Location: Dana Point • Compensation: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr DOE • Part time job • Flexible Hours
