Job description: The Route Service Driver/ Recycling and Garbage Decal Application position is a 6 month to a permanent position that contributes to Junk It Junk Removals' mission of providing outstanding service. Candidates must have current COVID-19 Vaccination The Route Service Driver/ Recycling and Garbage Decal Application specialist will visit multifamily properties to remove old garbage and recycling decals and apply new decals on containers such as dumpsters, roll carts, and bins in collection areas. Garbage collection locations vary including inside buildings, in garages, and outdoor. This position has the option of being cross-trained in other areas of the company. This position has a tentative start date of mid-April or sooner depending on what additional duties the candidate is qualified and willing to perform. We will be looking for between 2-4 qualified candidates. Responsibilities: The Route Service Driver/ Recycling and Garbage Decal Application position have the following responsibilities and duties: • Record site visits and collects data on electronic equipment (iPad/tablet) • Occasionally distribute enclosure signs to property and/or maintenance staff • Providing exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and residents • Follow safe work practices, such as safely using tools and equipment to remove old decals, clean surfaces, and apply new decals; without damaging equipment when using box cutters, scrapers, etc. • Cross-Training in other areas of the business • Participate in all company training • Communicate with Project Manager and Field Manager • Work with a team or individually Requirements: Route Service Driver/ Recycling and Garbage Decal Application specialist should have the following skills, education, and experience: • Understanding of electronic equipment (iPad/tablet) • Valid driver's license • Ability to work outdoors and Indoors • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. •Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams • Time management • Team collaboration • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills • Emotional Intelligence Not Required - Optional Route Service Driver/ Recycling and Garbage Decal Application specialist are not required to have the following skills or training.
