Sales event setup/load-out

Jobs

Colorado Springs CO

Description

That zip code is one of several. I have a position that involves helping me unload and set up fundraising sales, then at the end come back and pack it out. Much of the product is on large carts that need to be loaded up into a trailer, so some strength is needed! It's perfect for a handyman or other gig worker who can pick up other jobs around my schedule. Sometimes, like next week, I have lots of hours available although I just need one person. Other times I don't have events for a week or two. Some of my locations are just re-opening to our sales that I haven't serviced since before the pandemic. I am currently set up at a location at the Air Force Academy and need help loading out this Friday from 2:45 until about 5. Then I have about 4 hrs work Sunday morning at 9 or so, 2-3 hrs each weekday to restock each weekday until Friday. Tuesday is the longest day, since that afternoon I load out of one location and set up at another. That will be 6-7 hrs., until late. Then I need help Friday afternoon for the final loadout. So, about 20-25 hrs. This is a critical account, so please don't inquire if you aren't serious. I just got the confirmation today. The following week is free. I have a few accounts in Pueblo, but we can talk about that later; right now my main concern is this Friday and next week. I would pay you this Friday for that work, but then you'd be paid the following Friday for that week. I need someone fully vaccinated w/ card, since some locations require this. Many require a mask because they're often hospitals and clinics. I prefer someone who doesn't smell like cigarettes, and if operating my vehicles will agree not to consume alcohol that day or the night before. $16/hr to start, more $ (and preference given) to those who have enough trailer experience to hook up, park, and hook up a 16-ft. cargo trailer. Some level of people skills is required, and comfortable with a computer although you don't need to be particularly tech-savvy. So it does involve inconsistent hours, but for many people that's a plus. I've been off a great deal the past two years, so it's hard to say beyond the coming weeks how many hours it will entail. Most people I've worked with find it kind of fun, and there's lots of variety. Sorry for the short notice. The last person was with me for three years, but recently moved out of the country.
