Where necessary techs located in an area with a client that requires onsite service those techs in that area handles all onsite client service when needed which is a very low percentage of the time that onsite service is needed. All candidates are required, as a condition of being affiliated with our company, to pass initial and periodic; random screenings for covid, illegal substances, background checks. Our interview process is an initial online interview, if all goes well, you will be invited to an in-person interview located at our facility in that city.
