FT JANITOR / HOUSEMAN (HOUSING INCLUDED) position available immediately!!! FT (WITH HOUSING INCLUDED) Janitor/Houseman position available immediately. THIS POSITION INCLUDES A COMPETTIVE SALARY PLUS HOUSING. The housing is a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment with one other occupant. This unit is on the 3rd floor. The monthly rent will be $700.00 per month, a Security Deposit of $700.00 and an application fee of $150.00. Rent can be deducted from paychecks if preferred. Occupants will share a kitchen and general living space. Each occupant is responsible for 1/2 of all monthly utilities. HOUSING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A NON-EMPLOYEE. THIS IS STRICTLY EMPLOYEE HOUSING. Job duties include a 5 – 6 day work week (depending upon seasonality and needs of the business), general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of windows and bathrooms, and any other duties associated with janitorial services in a commercial office setting. This position includes days, evenings, and weekends. Applicant must be responsible, motivated, reliable and a detailed oriented person. Must possess a valid Driver’s license. Bi-lingual is a plus.
