Job description Duties & Responsibilities Getting photos of Job sites Getting paper work signed from Building Departments Driving to and from job sites and building departments Check Electrical Work Maneuver through Attics Update CRM Complete Final Paperwork Needed From Townships Qualifications & Requirements 1 year of roof work or general construction experience preferred Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing repetitious duties such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Organizational Skills Building Department knowledge Ability to work well others in a collaborative team environment Valid Driver's License and own transportation Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings Company Culture: Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
