*Course #2 - Potato Stinging Nettle Gnocchi, Prawns Provencal, served with Communique 2017 “Yamhill Valley” Pinot Noir
*Course #3 – Chicken Breast with Veloute Sauce, Braised Veal Shank, served with Communique “Stella” 2016 Pinot Noir
*Course #4 - Beef Tenderloin Bordeaulais, Rack of Lamb, served with Communique 2018 Cabernet Franc
*Course #5 - Chocolate Mousse, Caramel Custard, served with Communique 2018 Riesling
